WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Buyer may only apply for the replace of the Item in the following circumstances:​

• The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;

• Delivered item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, design, etc.) 

My Halo Baby will review each application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether the application is successful. Do take note that we will only assess cases of items that are received within 7 days.

Once we confirms that your Product was returned in accordance with this policy, Myhalobaby will replace your item. Any refunds will be given depending on circumstances.

Application must be submitted via sales@myhalobaby.com. All returns must be unused and in their original condition. 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Item with warranty will be stated in the product information. The Warranty covers defects or manufacturing faults within the warranty period of the item.
